Aisling is a Costume Designer and Puppet Fabricator

Aisling has recently graduated with her Ba (Honours) in Design for Stage and Screen - Costume Design in IADT Dún Laoghaire.

She has a keen interest in bringing the characters she designs to life through her playful use of colour, texture and shapes. She doesn't shy away from learning new skills and tries everything. Such as embroidery, felting and sculpting.

Aisling uses her sewing skills to create award winning stop motion puppets. Focusing on precise pattern cutting to hand stitching hems. She likes to explore making clothes in a variety of sizes. Whether it be for a human or a puppet.
